Just happened today, going to the dealer on Tuesday. What are people’s experience/ how long does it take?

Easy fix. Just new spoke and tension. The shop should claim labor directly with trek if it’s a dealer.

    2. No experience with Trek’s warranty, but I imagine it you reach out to them they’ll take care of it for you. If not, your LBS can replace a broken spoke for probably about $40

the carbon care loyalty program are for the carbon rims. you just broke a spoke which is a pretty quick & easy fix.

I wrote off a pair of carbon wheels by kerbing them within 2 years of buying the bike. My fault, wasn’t looking where I was going. Took the bike into the shop where I bought it and two weeks later I had brand new wheels with my old tyres and tubes moved across – the mechanic even lined the pirelli logo up with the valve just like I always do! Didn’t even need to take the wallet out my pocket, treks wheel care program is fantastic – wasn’t even aware it was a thing when I bought the bike.

I had a couple spokes brake on my rear Bontrager Aeolus Comp wheel. Shop replaced the spokes for free and then it happened again. They had stopped making those wheels so they gave me a new Aeolus Pro wheelset.
