Im starting to learn drops, sometimes it feels good but this one i didnt like at all. Was it the speed thing or i did something off? Need help to understand what to change.
You’re dangerously landing on a front wheel. You should preload on drops like that if you don’t have speed.

Your weight is too far forward leading to front wheel dropping faster than you want. You need to work on your drop technique and get your weight farther back as your front wheel goes off the drop. Pinkbike has a good YouTube video on drops with Ben cathro, try checking that out, it will explain technique better than short reddit comments can.

Push the bike forward under you as your front leaves the drop, shifting your weight back as you do so. The goal should be a level bike as your back wheel leaves the ground.

You’re absorbing the jump with your legs instead of pushing off. How your arms are mostly fully extended, but your legs are bent. That means that the rear wheel is getting squashed (ie no air) which is pitching your front wheel down. Honestly on a drop like that you don’t need to be particularly dynamic, you had plenty of speed.

That looks solid honestly. With that drop, landing front wheel slightly first is better with any amount of speed so you’re ready for whatever is next
If you are trying to practice landing both wheels at the same time, then you need to unweight the front more.
But again, this video shows how I’d hit it just ripping down a trail
Where is this? It’s beautiful
