All these comments could be right, but most likely it’s a combination of everything and additionally you might have a bent derailleur hanger. Bring it to a shop, diagnosing what the actual issue is yourself can be extremely tedious if it’s your first time without help.

Upper limit screw likely. Park Tool has some great YouTube guides on setting up your shift indexing.
please properly install that quick-release lever, that’s a huge safety issue that can lead to injury if it comes undone.

This is specifically a “Low Limit Screw Adjustment”.
It’s upside down
It’s upside down. Try turning the bike over and riding it.
Another vote for derailleur hanger. It’s a sacrificial part that bends whenever the derailleur takes a hit.
Cheap to replace, or your local bike shop has hanger straightener tools.
It’s becasue you went against bike laws and took out the dork disk
Besides the indexing, limit screws, derailleur hanger alignment and loose quick release already mentioned, that shift cable needs replacing.
