Hopper is a three wheeler equipped with two comfortable seats, a roof and a large windscreen and is open at the sides. The seats, steering wheel and operating concepts are very similar to those of a car but the Hopper is a bicycle under traffic law but it can be operated on both bicycle lanes and regular city streets.

Great feelings for the best days on the road… practical start….
How can I purchase it from pakistan
no thanks, i love rickshaw 🙂
Where do I buy this? 🇺🇲🇺🇲
I'm tired of new cars being 30-60,000usd, and full coverage insurance being around 200usd a month plus regular maintenance $$$.
It's surreal, in America we work a lot but most of our money goes to others.
Entschuldigen Sie mein High-School-Deutsch. Ist der Hopper so konzipiert, dass er in den USA als E-Bike legal ist?
Too expensive. Great idea but needs to be €5000 not 15thosand.
This project is a non-starter unless they can bring the price down to below 5000 usd. It's a great idea though
No thanks, good idea but too expensive. Will stick to my ice car. A tuk tuk is cheaper 😂😂😂
250 watt rear hub motor too small for hills, yes
my god 13500 euros? good luck 🙂
If tesla were to use their clout to produce these then they would probably be under 5 grand and they would sell millions worldwide ….I would get one definitely….i love cycling and not that fond on driving .
Not much thinner than some vintage 2 seater
Pasti mahal
I've found dozens of these kinds of vehicles, and this appears to be one of only two that made it to full production. I hope they make it too the US.
What a fecking joke. Good luck when a real car hits it, guess what the crash zones are? YOU ARE !! We took the piss out of the Sinclaiir C5, this is no different.
Partially enclosed, protection from a bit of rain but not other traffic. No side protection, basically it's an ebike with a roof and less stability cos you're sat feet forwards.
Grow up snowflakes
$5,000 more than the Carver and Nimbus One electric city vehicles, and more than double the cost of the Veemo velomobile? It seems to be built better than the Pebl 2.0, but both companies are over-designing in order to look like a car to their detriment. It will fail…
Any plans for Australia?
Although it does look awesome, at this price, I’d rather buy a car
