Join us on Lisa’s first-ever bikepacking adventure as we cycle 100 miles over two days along the scenic Trans Pennine Trail! Starting in Howden, we pedal our way to the iconic Humber Bridge, battling fierce winds as we cross into Lincolnshire. Our journey continues through Barton upon Humber onto the beautiful Viking Way, ending at the Marshland Alpacas campsite, where we camp for the night surrounded by adorable alpacas and a cosy bar.

We set up our Trailstar tent with the OokWorks inner and put some new gear from TEMU to the test, including a lightweight wild camping chair, a titanium mug, and a solar panel. We also share our experience with homemade dehydrated vegan camping meals and indulge in a variety of high-calorie treats along the route—apple-flavoured rice cakes, anyone?

This adventure is all about fine-tuning our gear and skills in preparation for our next challenge: the Leeds to Liverpool Canal. Are we ready? Watch to find out!
