  1. 😄 Sunny room

🤔 An Electric heater in the bathroom…?
    🤔 Balcony…?

    😢 No elevator
    😢 No laundry space
    😭 No Toilet paper storage!!!!!!

    🕸 1/5

  2. I'm glad you did not rent this apartment. It was just too small and gave me a depressed feeling. This would only be good as a hotel room for a night or two, not for full time living.

  3. me gusta los microapartamentos, pero eso parece muy triste para vivir, es triste, muy solicitario, una cultura muy diferente a la latina. Saludos desde Perú

  4. That's not a balcony! It's a super-smoking-steak&bacon-frying platform, to help let the smoke alarm continue sleeping without waking it up and make the smell of your bed stay fresher for longer.

  5. I think it's a Futon Balcony only lol Just for drying clothes and airing out futons. It seems so strange! Oh, but could be very nice for plants maybe?

The wood floors were very pretty and made the space feel welcoming!

  7. I loved the concrete, the tiled walls and the wooden floor. This balcony is just decorative, some plants would look great there. I don't understand how the heater works with so much steam from the shower… dangerous!

  8. The designer of that place was definitely having a laugh.
    * An ELECTRIC heater in a bathroom that IS going to get steamy?!?
    * A balcony that's about 3ft up from floor level?
    * A sink that could EASILY have had a cupboard built around it (for storage space)
    * A bathroom with glass walls?!
    * Bare concrete walls and ceilings?!
    * They give you an escape ladder, but the windows barely open!
So SO many bad things about that place… It's like the designer purposely went out to break every rule.
I like how you didn't even think about placing furniture in this one.
    😄

  10. I’m eventually, after watching some videos for the last few weeks on this channel getting to some of these that were months ago already, late, obviously, but even though there are a couple windows and some view and some white, this place to me is too small, and the see-through windows for the bathroom almost make it feel like a containment area in a hospital for someone that has a virus that they don’t want to escape into the general public. 😄

And the sink area looked too warehouse’y.

    Nope(smh)

  11. Toilet paper storage would be easy to accomplish with some creativity. A vertical rack for several rolls of paper might fit in the corner next to the toilet (if the base isn't so big that the plumbing gets in the way of it.) Or instead of the towel rack up there, some shelves could be installed on the short wall next to the toilet. You could stack rolls of paper there but also other bathroom items. Wet towels could be hung to dry from the shower curtain rod, either flung over it or on hangers from it. Once dry, towels could be hung on Command hooks on the inside door or the big window near the kitchenette. I would get some pretty faux stained glass sheets to block that window for privacy anyway. Who wants to look into their bathroom while cooking or whatever? I'd put artificial turf on the balcony to cover up that ugly concrete and then put nice plants out there, maybe a tiny table & chair for enjoying morning coffee on nice days. This place is cute; I like it. Has nice potential.
