$250-325 just because the parts were nice 20 years ago doesn’t mean they’re that nice now, especially with how there have been large steps in how people consider out fitting touring bikes.

I would go up to $400, the frame will last you forever

It’s worth $300 absolute max. But I wouldn’t buy it as personally I think disc brakes and wider tyres make a world of difference and that frame would struggle to retrofit them. if you can go to $600 you’ll get something much more modern.
