€200 for Scott Speedster 20 good deal?

Hi,

I'm looking at buying my first road bike. I currently ride a hybrid as commuter but want to get a road bike to do some weekend riding. I don't want to spend a huge amount of money at this stage, although I could stretch further than this if necessary.

This Scott Speedster 20 is available for €200. The seller says he thinks it's 2019 model. Tiagra groupset. Seller says "natural wear and tear" but from pictures doesn't look in bad condition unless I'm missing something (apart from the bar tape).

It should be the right size for me. Assuming I test it and all seems good, am I right in thinking this is quite a good deal?

Others I'm looking at include a Lapierre Audacio 400 (Tiagra) in better condition advertised for €500 (but maybe I could get seller down to €400) and a Giant Defy (Sora) advertised for €350.
