Roscoe 8 2021 – lost crack cap and loose crack arm.

Hi hi hi,
My left crank arm came loose and I noticed that the little black ring was missing from that side. As you can tell I'm no expert! What have I lost and is it that which caused the crank bolt to come loose?
Any advice greatly appreciated!! ❤️
