    1. I don't wanna be a party pooper here, but was it really necessary to take a flight between Germany and Stockholm? As a proud owner of a S3, I'd really like some climate awareness in the VanMoof team.

    2. nice video!! but can you please stop with the masks, please. i never saw anyone getting sick sitting close to each other and then on other places with strange ppl you dont even care so cut the crap ppl and get awake, just quit. the government lies.

So im am wondering if it was double locked how do they can steal it? im concerned for my vanmoof. he did carry that to his appartment, he was certainly a prick.

    3. Here goes VanMoof's environmental credibility down the drain. Taking a flight from DE to SE to hunt down a stolen bike. What a freak show. Who is steeling a VanMoof anyway?

    4. Last year 77300 bicycles were reported stolen in Sweden. About 300 were solved by the police. Probably not 77300 different thieves, so I hope the police went back to collect this thief at least – with proof like this. Got my S3 a couple of weeks ago, but I did not buy this service – maybe I should…

    5. Your product is garbage, literally. I have had nothing but problems since receiving my S3. Out of the box the e-shifter didn’t work, the paint was chipped, and the FindMy location got indefinitely stuck. The problems were ultimately resolved after a sequence of events. Vanmoof sent me a new e-shifter to install myself. It only solved the problem partially, so I took it in for repair. After getting the bike back, all three problems remained. So I immediately turned the bike back over to Vanmoof repair. Finally the problems were fixed. However, during my first three real rides with the bike of 80km each, the bike presented me with the annoying problem of having to reset the bike every 30km, because the e-shifter would stop responding and the bike would be stuck in gear 1. Also, the FindMy feature needed to be reset routinely (I only learned about the secret to resetting FindMy after consulting vanmoof support chat).

With all that said, now comes the icing on the cake problem. During my visit to the Vanmoof repair shop, the agent extended my return window by two weeks, since I had not yet actually had the opportunity to properly evaluate the bike. That was great. But those happened to be the two weeks that I went on vacation. I left my S3 locked and with a fully charged battery. Now I return from vacation and try to power on the bike and it goes completely haywire! The bike refuses to power on. The only way to get it to react is to plug it in to power. But that only yields an ominous ‘Err’ with no code. The light on the power supply goes green to red to green to red, and the speaker of the bike makes all kinds of awful sounds. The bike also would not unclock, the 5 second countdown would begin but get interrupted without unlocking.

I’ve tried multiple resets. But the bike is only allowing me to interact with the interface when it’s plugged in. Otherwise, it pretends to be dead.

The bike speaker literally screamed at me very loud for like 15 seconds.

    6. Hi. I hope you guys are doing well. I was trying to google how to locate a stolen bike in Stockholm and came across your channel. Can you please let me know is there anything I could do to somehow get your help in a desperate case. My friend's bikes (2 of them) were stolen from a very safe (apparently not) storage room in his apartment building. He put so much effort into building them and it was giving him massive joy. He just moved to Stockholm for work and life from States and worked so insanely hard to get these bikes. It breaks my heart to think how much he was saddened by this awful theft. Please please help me to find his bikes. I will do whatever is needed to help you with this mission if you would be willing to help us. (I can send you pics of his insane bikes, you will see they were his babies)
