I crashed my emonda, My right break lever isnt sitting flush with my gear changer. The shop said I need to buy a new one which is 200€, I really dont want to and I am hopeful someone has a solution. See picture – (one is pointing outward more(from this angle its the left one)

My first thought, if the fix is buying another one, then try bending this one in the opposite direction? If it breaks, whatever. If it still works though, and you want to risk breaking it, then learn to live with it?
If not already, compare the left and rigth gear changer (small shifter) and see if the metal part leading to it is really bent or not. Maybe, just maybe (chances are small), your shifting cable just needs to be reseated – pull the hood rubber covers up and compare left and right, see if you notice any difference.
If the shifter still works and you can shift in all gears in the back and the front, I would just leave it and live with it. Or look for replacement online (quick search shows you can get them for 90-120€) and go to another LBS to replace it. I bet your shop wants 200€ for the new part plus the work (replacing, recabling and flush the brake oil).
