Jerseys are supposed to feel a bit short standing up. If they’re too long, the fabric will bunch up when you’re on your bike. This looks fine to me. If you feel good, then definitely keep!

Welcome to my world (195cm 84kg) I think I need to email all the cycling kit companies and ask them how long the front zippers are on all their jerseys. Either that or buy a couple sizes from each company and then measure myself and take photos like you did so everyone can see the fitment. Seriously how hard is it for a high end cycling clothing company to make at least one jersey available in tall sizes and one pair of shorts and one pair of bib shorts in tall/long versions? Aerotech designs has tall jerseys and long inseam shorts/bibs available but nothing high end or aero imop but I wish they did. I still like their stuff because at least they get it that not all cyclists are average height.
