This four day gravel bike tour took me from Caen to Cherbourg in a 140 mile adventure. I visited all of the beach landing sites and many other important sites related to the Normandy 87 day Campaign.
On day two I started from Bayeux to GrandCamp -Maisy, France. This 31 mile leg was focused on the American Landing site of Omaha Beach, including the awe inspiring Normandy Museum and the American Cemetery right above the landing beach. This was a fantastic day of natural beauty, lonely bike paths and incredible history.
