    1. My pal was bamboozled as a junior in the Cape Town cycle race tandem section, two older dudes in 30s said there is a hot spot sprint up ahead, if yiu lads pull we will give u thr hot spot.sprint.They pulled like hell then jist before the "hot spot" they sprinted away dropped the exhausted lads and won thr tandems..

    2. I haven’t done any of it except drafting a bit. However I definitely flipped someone off who sat on for a long time to then attack at the last bit

    3. 1. Watch for when they grab the water bottle or a snack and attack.
      2. When it's your turn to pull, attack. Do that a few times, and the sprinters will be gassed.

    4. We used to cycle on a loop around our homes (4ish kms). I was weaker than the bunch so they used to give me a head start of around 4 minutes and then catch up over the next five or six laps. I got fed up of being mocked for being slow. So just went another direction and went home. The chase was long and hard for my mates that day….. while I watched TV at home.

    5. The more I watch this channel more I think this channel are for people that dont cycle but like to watch cycling videos

    6. We used to offer a competitor an unused but opened power-bar or opened tube of goo at the start of long hard climbs. If you were lucky they would take the offer, say "Thanks mate" and start scarfing it it down. Then while they have a mouthful you start asking them questions…their breathing if off for most of the climb. Then there was always the quick flick on their shifter while on the climb.
