Hard to see the separation, but typically for soles coming off running shoes you can use Shoe Goo.

Truly does look like there is a lot of walking in these shoes. If not walking dragging of the toe when coming to a stop. I’ve never had an issue like this and have seen on the cycling threads too much. Had the same shoes for over a decade without an issue. I’ve had Diadora’s, Nike, Shimano, and Lake Tri shoes used all of them concurrently until the glues dried out and the soles and top stitches fell apart.

Get a tube of black Shoe goo, and you can repair that, and build up your walking pads. The stuff is great.
