Probably the best way to see anywhere is on a bike. I'm delighted you enjoyed it and had a great time. As a local who cycles I often turn a corner and feel like a tourist in my back yard. Keep safe and well.
those lamb shanks look absolutely VILE! And yes I know a lot of yanks like the diddlee dee dee 'music' but theres a fair amount of Irish people like myself that can't stand it! Its the same old melody over and over and over again, its head wrecking stuff.. the only thing missing from this is a leprechaun or two
