Germany has one of the best cycling cultures in Europe and Frankfurt stands out with its cycle paths, and vibrant cyclists. The city also has a well designed public bike share systems through which people can rent bicycles and even electric scooters.

Streets of the Frankfurt city have seperated pedestrian walkways, cycle paths and roads for vehicles which makes cycling safe. Some paths have red asphalt while others are black. Junctions are safe for crossing with traffic lights but I felt roundabouts could have been better like the ones in the Netherlands.

Colourful Trams are operational and widely used by passengers. It is a treat to watch the Trams passing through the streets and the siren is distinguished and can be identified with its peculiar sound that a Tram is approaching from a distance.

In this video, I a took a walking tour of the city and captured as many moments I could. This video will give you a glimpse of the Frankfurt which has one of the best and growing cycling cultures.
