Need help with finding a jersey for my husband. He prefers short sleeve tops. His arms (bicep) don’t fit into jerseys should be his size so he has to size up (1-2 sizes) making rest of the jersey super loose and flapping in the wind. Any recommendation for something that won’t chop his arms off with a tight fit? Or maybe a brand that does custom fit?

    1. He just needs stretchier fabrics. This isn’t a dig at your husband but his biceps aren’t massive. Bigger than most cyclists probably but they’re not huge. Maybe a laser cut end (not sewn) would be the most comfortable but I don’t think it should be that hard to find a decent jersey.

    2. I have a similar problem. I end up buying XL, which just about fit on the arms but I find the jersey to be too long. So I think I’m gonna go back to large, however I own a GCN Castelli pro kit in a large and the jersey is almost splitting at the seams, especially on the arms. I think jerseys without grippers on the arms would work best for guys with larger arms.
