the BMW at 5:23 looks like this isnt the first time that car has been involved in a collision by the look of those multicoloured body panels.

You made that situation way worse, the car was clearly pulling out at 4:34 and you were accelerating for another 3 seconds

6:16 not sure why that's in there. It's a safe pass on a straight section of road, broken white line with no one coming the other way. And there's no way that lorry was doing 40mph or anywhere near 40.
At a crossroads with several vehicles on either side it's considered good driving to take it in turns to go. One side goes and then the other should be how it's done but it appears that isn't always the case.

5:48 you didn't start recording early enough to know. Most likely crossed the stop line when green so they are correct to clear the junction at that point. The bad driving was being in the junction at all. Don't enter unless you can clear – box or no.

That lorry was never doing 40mph, more like 15
6:07 The cammer doesn’t show when the BMW crosses the solid line so no proof of jump. When across the line, a driver may not see the lights and can legally continue if safe to do so. Not a BMW driver fan but the cammer appears unaware of other drivers viewpoint which is danger in itself
