I live in Bellingham Washington and recently picked up an ebike from rei. I bought the e1.2.
I don’t have a car so I use it as my main mode of transport along with my salsa Fargo which I use for touring.
I wanted to go do a quick overnight trip to Vancouver Canada. Usually I’d take my Fargo but with an extra battery and some stops along the way I had enough power.
The trip was fantastic. I only wish I had more battery range.

I live in Vancouver and have ridden down your way many times. The Chuckanut is one of my favourite rides. Lunch in Edson, coffee in Fairhaven on the way home. Very pleasant.
