    1. I know that disguising in enemy uniform is a war crime so what is the rules on using arm bands as the disguise? Im assuming both sides use them as the uniforms dont differ much if at all. I am only asking this question as a genuine question as I know war crimes are inevitable in war and this is most likely not the only war crime on either side.

    2. Is it a war crime to disguise as the enemy?

Wearing enemy uniforms or civilian clothes to infiltrate enemy lines for espionage or sabotage missions is a legitimate ruse of war, though fighting in combat or assassinating individuals behind enemy lines while so disguised is not, as it constitutes unlawful perfidy.

I 100% support Ukraine, But Ukraine keeps performing war crimes / breaking international law and display them as good moves…
