What a bad mistake from Demi. I thought she would save all her energy for the last 10 km and easily win this by two or three minutes. Why did she attack on Glandon when she knew she probably had to do a 50 km solo ride after that that would waste all her energy? Doesn't make any sense. Whoever told her that needs to be fired.

SDWorx tactics and the way they have been with Vollering is appalling……have no sympathy that they lost out in end on GC……bet she is glad she is leaving and off to FDJ Suez……at least she will have teammates who will assist ..and with Evita Muzic finishing fourth on GC it bodes well for next year….SDWorx may be a so called super team but very much like La vie Claire in the eighties…it's all egos and silliness from management team…..

Brawa dla KASI! Piękna walka, nadludzki wysiłek, piękna dziecięca radość. PS Vollering na podium wyglądała jakby chciała Kasi Niwiadomej wydrapać oczy…. przecież to sport, należy potrafić zarówno wygrywać, jak i przegrywać, popatrz na rywalizacje Jonasa i Tadeja w TdF, choć walczą, mają do siebie szacunek i się przyjaźnią

Commiserations to Demi, beaten out of a successful defence by her own team, but showed the heart of a champion in taking the stage.
She should make that the last time she rides for such a treacherous, traitorous outfit as SD Works.
Whether it was tactics, spite, or incompetence on the part of her DS's. It was truly a shameful betrayal.
