Berlin`s Best Traditional Snack Culture consists not only of many delicious Sausages but also of Good Old Home Cooking Culture, which we would like to present to you in this “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode at “Lange’s Imbiss”.
    Bratwurst, Berlin`s Currywurst, Schnitzel, Berlin`s Meatballs, Meat Skewers, Fried Potatoes, his homemade Berlin Sausages called “Berliner Knacker”, Sandwiches and a different Lunch Dish is freshly prepared every day. For us there is a delicious German-Style Goulash. Carsten Lange is a trained Butcher and passionate Cook and is the second generation of his family to run this Snack Bar. It all started with a Traditional Berlin Snack Bar in the Arminius Markthalle, which his Parents ran until 2000. Parts of the old famous German TV Series – Three Ladies from the Grill – were even filmed there in the 1980s.
    Carsten Lange was born with a Talent and Passion for Berlin Street Food – and you can taste it. But “Imbiss Lange” is definitely more than just a Snack Bar!

      (1) Mondays: Cabbage Rolls + Potato Soup
      (2) Tuesdays: German Pork Knuckle + Green Bean Stew

    2. Lo que puedo ver es que la persona usa guantes para elaborar la comida y tambien cobrando agarra el dinero con los guante que maneja los alimentos es antigienico eso brabatologicamente

    3. Das ist ja mal ein klassischer Imbiß mit traditionellem Essen. Mir persönlich fehlt natürlich meine geliebte Bratwurst vom Grill, aber ich bin Kummer in dieser Hinsicht gewohnt.

    4. Pur apprezzando l'impegno, credo che tutti dovrebbero indossare cuffie per capelli e guanti da cucina…..non è igienico cucinare così…..inoltre sono utilizzati troppe preparazioni surgelate.🤔

    5. Sieht zwar lecker aus aber mich stört das die sachen teilweise nichr abgedeckt waren was normalerweise sein muss in der gastronomi ( am anfang die zwiebeln im kühlschrank oder das fleisch wo nur eine folie drüber war )

    8. All I can guess is that Germans' have fortified stomachs to deal with the obvious high bacteria count in their foods and that's why they don't have mass food poisoning. Raw pork has a low chance of trichinosis these days but there are other things to consider, cooked eggs left out after cooking for we can assume hours absolutely suspect for high bacteria counts. Bot to mention cutting pork fillets onto a counter top touching the slicer and the tile wall behind, both cross contamination areas. Split egg on counter top left without cleaning and then putting the rice container in it and replacing the container on top of other products, another cross contamination area. So many food violations that would send a food inspector through the roof.
