People throwing age into a lot of things makes a joke out of what they do, they are young adults clearly not kids…if you are a teen especially mid teens and beyond you are too old to have any excuses from others. The hell does age have to do with stealing, breaking inn and just crimes.
Imagine, living in a country where crime is on the rise, living you're car unlocked with valuables inside of it; ending up being robbed and saying that that's his home and car and that he wants to leave the doors unlocked he should be able to do so.

They drive up and down the street here Horizon Hill and just run through the stop sign do not even care about anyone else's safety, they get dropped off and start pulling on car doors checking to see if its unlocked.

The neighborhood/suburb looks quiet, but on every neighborhood, no matter if it is rich, poor with/without gangs, there is a crime everywhere.
