The Government has announced that it will be reviewing cycling offences and we don’t think this is fair.
Cycling UK sees this limited review as a wasted opportunity to look at the bigger problems with road traffic laws, and the way the justice system deals with irresponsible, careless and dangerous behaviour by all road users.

1:09 minutes in the video you have a cyclist with no helmet, riding down the wrong way down a one way street and on his mobile phone. Honestly, what chance have we got… Why didn't the editor of this video pick up on this? Makes our case look pretty stupid.
