I imagine it would be like living in the Alps and then coming to the south in the US (or Australia) where temps are triple digits in July and August. Add in some 90% humidity and you've got a good mix. Now, mind you, we are accustomed to this and many of us have our ac at 79 or 80 or more. That's still 20+ degrees cooler inside than out, but people from the Alp (or Minnesota) would find that still oppressive because they seldom see temps in that range so it affects them more. These athletes are used to being able to choose the temp they are comfortable at. So your comfort level could be totally different than theirs. If France couldn't afford to host they should have left it to a country that could. The Seine river is toxic and they still had athletes competing in it. That's horrific in my mind. Clearly it was dangerous for anyone in the water. Not sure the athletes would have gotten in if they had known they'd end up in hospital after. And France is saying they did everything for the 'environment'. Well those cardboard beds all go in the landfill when they are done. That's a lot of cardboard. The food – not providing sufficient meat and expecting them to eat salad and tofu to fill up. Obviously cost cutting. It had nothing to do with environment, in my opinion. Heavens, I imagine France would have pitched a fit if their athletes had been treated this way in another country.
This Olympics made me understand how strange the French are. The environmental measures promoted by Westerners are meaningless and just business. They are a people who have no hesitation in justifying discrimination and injustice.
He was probably just taking a nap like college students on campus grounds when the weather is nice 😴😴.

The 2024 Olympics was disgusting.
1) Biologically male athlete in women's boxing.
2) Disqualifying Indian Woman wrestler
Vinesh Phogat just because she was 100 grams heavier than the given criteria.
3) Disqualifying Indian boxer Nishant Dev even though he had won 2/3 rounds in the quarter finals.
4) Many athletes given biased treatment.
5) Olympics opening was rude, even the people there hated it.
6) Brazilian swimmer Ane Carolina Viera banished from Olympics just because she left the Olympic Village.
These are the points which I know about 2024 if you the person reading this know more points then please reply on this comment. Justice must be served to athletes who suffered losses.
