I rock a very small kit: TPU tube, one lever, and 4 Allen keys with a Phillips on one end, and very small hand pump from Lezyne. This all fits in my pocket without pulling my jersey down too much.

Just like you do.
I got an EVOC M saddle bag that fits: spare tube, 2 tyre levers, a park tool tube sticker repair kit, a small chainlock + keys, and some bike club stickers for some gang rep.
Additiinally i have an Topeak Mini Roadie Pump mounted next to my water bottle.

On my BMC it has top tube mounts for a bag. The BMC specific bag looks pretty good.
New Road machine has down tube storage…

I have one of those Mucoff zipper bags that I place in jersey pocket. It holds everything my saddle mount did but now I don’t have an ugly saddle mounted bag on my bike.

I don’t. I just bring water/iso and sometimes snacks, often I buy them during ride

One of the Ornot bags tucked into my pocket.
Inside
* Pedros Mini Tire Levers
* CO2 Cannister and Valve
* TPU Ultralight Tube
* Lezyne SV Pro 5 Multi Tool
Tools I am considering to change up is adding the Lezyne POCKET DRIVE PRO HV instead of CO2 cannisters, I just have the CO2s and Valve already and haven’t dealt with flats much. Also the EDC from OneUp also looks nice but I am on a gravel bike and something feels weird about that being not on a MTB for whatever reason.
If I break a chain, I am probably calling someone or if I am doing a bigger ride I will make it a saddle bag and add plugs and a Lezyne Rap 2 with chainlinks in the side of it. Looks nice either way for me. Phone, key and credit card/cash are in one of those RockBros ride wallets off of Ali Express.

Had a fizik saddle bag for years. Then waterproof zip bag , then my phone got too big. Now have a handlebar bag.

Why don’t you use the downtube storage thats on your bike? Take that bottle cage out and jam the tools in there, thats’ what its for

If you want a cleaner looking saddle bag, consider the [Velocolour Rocket Pocket](https://www.velocolour.com/shop/bags) with various size options.
Otherwise if you don’t want anything on your saddle then use a pouch/wallet in your jersey pocket.

I have them in the Muc-Off Essential Case in my middle jersey pocket. Everything fits inside perfectly. Phone is on the right. Gels and bars on the left. Clean look without saddle bag as the BMC deserves.

I ride with panniers, so I can not only bring tools with me, but also some protection in case of a rain

Prison purse for me.

In a padded zipper which slots into the second water bottle holder. It’s decent.
