Queen Elizabeth II, the longest-reigning monarch in British history. She ascended to the throne, and was crowned Queen at the tender age of 27. During her 70-year reign, Her Majesty worked with over a dozen Prime Ministers, each of whom formed successive governments on her behalf.

Her 14th, Boris Johnson, would take on leadership of the Conservative party following two leadership resignations.

Inspired by one of history’s great Prime Ministers, Sir Winston Churchill, Johnson’s career has run extraordinary parallels with the Queen’s first Prime Minister. Though Johnson’s premiership was comparatively short, he navigated the country through the ravages of the Covid pandemic, as well as finalising a deal for the UK’s historic exit from the European Union.
