This is a mandatory contraflow cycle lane on Granby Street in Leicester. It was built before 2016, which means that it is prohibited for motor vehicles to use it, which includes parking.

As a result of my complaint to the police, the registered keepers of each of these three vehicles were sent warning letters by the police.
