    1. So what´s up with professional cycling the huge amounts of flats, I ride bikes for over a decade and I rarely flat. I only have issues when the tyres are very old and used…Brand new tyres should not flat like that…I suspect that they are playing a lot with the pressure and end up with pinch flats…

    2. What I observed is that Vollering was visibly faster through the corners. Especially that 180 deg roundabout, she railed it through there.

    3. Dear lanterne rouge
I do not see a recap of tour de pologne on your chanel
I know that for muricans polonia is proly some 3rd world country but we are struggling here to get more people cycling

    4. Today Vollering went 1.2% faster than the next three riders… Remember Jonas in stage 16 of the 2023 Tour? He went 4.8% faster than Pogacar and 8.1% faster than Van Aert… I'm sure there are dozens and dozens of performances with more separation

    5. She has probably trained on the course which would give her that advantage but unless Dygert had a problem she may have lost it on taking the corners and the roundabout very slow from what I saw of one corner. Also Demi drove it up those bridges which gave her quite a few seconds. It is not the first ITT that Demi has won in this way.

    6. From the time Grace Brown comes out of the bars with her flat to the time she pedals again, post change is ~35 seconds, maybe covering 100m in that time. It was probably a minute before she got up to speed again. She would have won for sure.
