Hello everyone, now I will share the story of what support and service Rapha has at the moment, l will say right away it is disgusting! So I bought myself new cycling shoes on August 1st, brought them home, waited for the moment to go out, and after 42 km of riding, the soles started to peel off.
I immediately wrote to rapha support, attached a photo, a receipt, but the answer surprised me.
Seriously, I paid 196€ for shoes that turned out to be disposable and in return I got 80€, where did they see cycling shoes for 80€?

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t understand what the problem is based on this one photo.
why dont you just reply and ask for a refund or voucher equal to what you paid?
Their response says that you submitted a repair request. If I’d bought these less than a fortnight ago and the sole started peeling off after one ride, they’d be going back for a refund.
You should initiate a return.
