Meet the new Trek Madone. One of the bikes that the Trek Factory Racing Team will be using during this years Tour de France. The aero bike, equipped with Dura-Ace 11-speed Di2, fits right in Trek’s Choose Your Weapon-program, next to the Domane and the Émonda.

In this video Matt Shriver, Technical Director at Trek Factory Racing, explains all the ins and outs about the new Madone and he talks about the reactions he got from TFR’s riders when they first tried the bike.

    1. It looks a whole lot better than the previous Madone. Those brakes look like Campagnolo Delta brakes. New cockpit setup, new spacer shape (aero-optimised).

    2. I'm sold- l'll take 1 Madone 9.9 in fluoro Red and a Domane Disc 6.2 for my everyday ride. That's my dream team plus an adventure bike to let my hair down with – licence to roam.

    3. This bike is amazing, it takes the design of the road bikes to a whole new level…..
But the handlebar tape is covering a very small part , it looks nice but is it handle you bike without putting your rest on tape?
