    1. Paulinho is an amazing quarter
miler with her awesome powers in the last 100 meters.
This is her time and an astonishing performance!
      4th fastest of all time.

Salwa is getting back into world class form.
She's resurfaced with fire in her belly!.another world class quarter miler reminding people she's on of the best in the world for a well deserved 2nd!
Kazmarek is the best quarter miler in Europe!
This was a firecracker of a 400 with every woman running the greatest womens 400 finals in Olympic history!

    2. Adeleke was poor all week, tightening up before the line on each run and her performance in the final was very poor, she ran out of gas and was fading baly with 80 mts to go, very poor considering the preparation that goes into the finals, no point in getting to the finals and only being able to run 300 meters., in fact she was the only athlete going backwards in the final.

    3. @TotalRunningProductions you said something towards the end of the video clip that needs correction. The Dominican Republic is 'not' part of North America, it is part of Central America and the Caribbean. Not sure but she probably ran the fastest 400m ever in all of America.

    4. i know a lot of the comments here are disappointed that marileidy didn't push through harder for a world record (i am a bit too) but as a dominican, we are all so euphoric that marileidy has dominated this event and brought home a medal. she is the first woman to get gold and the most decorated athlete in our history now. for us, the fact that she didn't break the world record is merely an afterthought, we are just happy she made us proud on the world stage and is continuing our running legacy ❤

    5. In your quest to find the next big white hope of sprinters, you have constantly put so much pressure on athletes like Matthew Boling, Abby Steiner, and now Femke Bol making it to the top. Leave these kids alone, and let them succeed without your hype.

    6. This the problem with the womens 400m record books, the three fastest women of all time have serious drug allegations (not all proven) against them: Naser was banned, Koch was part of the East German state doping program and Kratochilova (to be clear she never failed a drugs test and was the gender tests) has worrying allegations that she was part of Czech state doping program (as revealed in Czech press nearly 20 years ago).

But the Olympic race showed that the women are finally getting over the mental block of the records being just too fast, too drug fuelled to be attainable.

If Bol and Sydney return to the flat 400 we will quickly have 3 or 4 women who can run under 48.5 sec, if they do that a few times then the WR is in serious danger.

Also shout out to Amber Anning with a new UK national record and she was disappointed with that she is gunning for a sub 49 sec time

    7. Just give us the video of the race. No commentary. No history. No still shots. No explainations. Just a video of the race. Can find only your BS. It's unbearable.

    8. Oh cool, so Nasser figured out how to pass doping controls and now doesn’t have to dodge them! After setting the 3rd faster time in history 5 years ago, she’s back and we’re supposed to not be suspicious?
