They're French aren't they, not Dutch?
Brilliant video review Dan
Good to get a 'down to earth' view on the bike. I'm in market for a new ride now and this made my shortlist but you've described some of the reasons I didn't go for it (specifically the RCR Pro Ultegra) – I was concerned about comfort and refinement and also some of the components like bars (size choice limited and no one-piece option), tyres and saddle not great. Finally the paint options are currently none existent.
I'm going with Madone SLR7 which is more expensive but ticks every box for me.
32s are nice, no watt penalty either – and more comfy 🚲🚲
You’ve made an interesting point ..you said on the higher spec bike that didn’t have such low gears, that you were getting a PB on every hill, so I’m curious why you would think of swapping it for the 11-34 cassette if the one that was already on it was giving you a PB each time.
Can’t really go wrong for the price. This is up there for my next choice of bike
Looks like a weapon, will definitely keep my eyes on one for the future 👌

Nice bike, slit in the seat definitely helps reduce pain on the winky.
