Building the pool was a last minute decision.. France and Paris had promised to clean the Seine River, so they could host the swim events there.. the river had become full of sewage and is a health hazard.. the project is way behind schedule and over budget.. France is too busy paying for criminals to enter the country and destroy the culture ✌️
