Looks about right to me! How much space do you have left at the adjustment dial? Personally I like it to be about 3/4th so you have a little room left for a cap in winter. A helmet should be a snug fit, it shouldn’t move around on your head and there shouldn’t be any space when you tighten it. This is essential for, which I hope you dont, when you crash
Its all about the feel too tho, sometimes I buy a helmet that fits just great on the go. Other times I have to try different sizes and it still doesn’t feel right, so then I decide its not for me. GL on deciding!

I’d say it isn’t even on properly. The helmet shouldn’t lean so far backwards
