RCUK checked out last years UK’s bikiest cycle-fest, Eroica Britannia, set to take place mid-June 2016:

On the third day of this award-laden festival is Ride Day (Sunday 19th June 2016). Two-wheeled adventurers gather, bikes polished and magnificent for a whack at either a 30, 55 or a 100 mile tour of the Peak District & Derbyshire. The title “World’s Most Handsome Bike Ride” speaks of more than just the scenic ride, as the dapper Ride Day DIY outfits outdo even some of the most handsome pre-1987 bikes on parade.
A true Great British Adventure, you can explore some truly lush countryside, dotted with world class heritage sites marked so for their astonishing beauty. Along the trail are the infamous ‘Feast Stops’ laden with local food and drink to nourish, sustain, explore and savour – a hard thing not to rave on about when you consider the grub is included in the Ride ticket price. Not to mention the 3 day Festival pass (17th-19th June 2016).
Packing 3 days of live music, a hoard of literally hundreds of traders (cycle and otherwise), palate-busting food and drink all over, we’d say Eroica smoothly accommodates both core combativité and the family pelotons.

And as with so many things niche becomes popular, becomes trendy and then the pricksters infest. That's a nope from this old git.
Ya, but one day I would like to ride my Holdsworth on English soil.
Excellent soundtrack! Which band is it?
