    1. Talk about go on the defensive. It's almost as though there's some sort of guilty conscious . He called you a conspiracy theorist. Hmmm? What on earth would his Freudian slip be hinting at. Silly old sod.

    2. That thing he said about having to spend the money, funny how they didn't think of giving it to the poor or needy πŸ˜‚

    3. His statement is the very reason to research any charity to see what percentage actually goes towards the causes and what part goes towards administration and fundraising. A good score should be above 85%, but preferably 90% and above on the cause. For example, here in the states, we have Tunnels to Towers Foundation that supports 9/11 families and other first responders/soldiers that have been injured or killed, their percentage is above 95%. Can’t just blindly support charities.

    4. @DJAUDITS
I just wanted to tell you that I love your videos and also the recent addition of the songs at the end of the videos. They give the viewer something to look forward to.
      Keep on killing it.
      πŸ‘

    5. 😒And this is why i don't give to any charity anymore 😑 Robbing the Rich to give to the Poor, the Poor never receive it though 🀬

    6. So as a charity they have a lot of surplus money , like an awful lot of "successful " charities able to support large overheads of large buildings and a lot of overpaid, unessary executives, staff and security ! 😒

    7. WOW 😒 It's always nice to hear charities addressing members of the public how they spend their money. Maybe Agencies can investigate charities on where they spend the money donated to them go. Maybe this company be more πŸ€” thankful πŸ™ to any member of the public

    8. Did I hear that right? "Do you know how charities work?" And then go on to explain in as many words that surplus money has to be spent on extravagant and luxurious premises to meet regulations. In a nutshell everything that is wrong with charity status.

    9. Yet another H&S n0b giving the good ones a bad name by demonstrating a bad attitude. From his behaviour it sounds like there are skeletons in the closet there like I imagine there is in many charities. Maybe the money is just "resting in his account"!

    10. OMG how bloody RUDE were those guys. Obviously whoever went before was not as nice & professional as you are. I think could have been DJE Audits as he has similar name, but comes across in his videos as quite cocky & arrogant.
AWFUL representation of the company. Makes you wonder what they hiding or don't want you to know. They should have been like the guy with the hat on at the end …. smiling, thumbs up & polite!!
As you said DJ, lovely building, and some lovely cars too. Glad it's not my council or housing association etc!!

    11. Typical response of a Housing Association setup to look after the management of Local Authority housing stock. All they focus on is Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and wanting to remain in the top quartile of Housing Associations.

Most seem to forget that they aren't a Housing company that deals with people but a people company that deals with housing πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

    12. Pretty sad that the man thinks it’s perfectly fine to spend the charity money on fancy nice offices when the funds were donated to build houses and help people…. NOT …. to build fancy offices because they collected more than the good they’ve done to justify begging for donations in the first place.
Some charities β€œadministrative costs” are where the vast majority of donations go.
Charities with officers getting paid in the millions is a good example.
