Week 4 Day 24 mountain bike training 33.33 miles, 3hrs 02 mins – recorded and published! A revisit of the puncture route, near Warminster in England! Good route, longest climb and biggest elevation mountain biking recorded on Strava so far in training!
Praise the Lord, there is a bit of shape coming into the challenge and my legs lol. Came across a steep climb. Wasn’t back peddling however was shifting down the gears before reaching it in shear shock lol! Come on, peddle peddle! 😊
