    2. I want to preface this by saying – I’m in great muscular shape and used to be a multi sport athlete, but haven’t really been in cardiovascular shape in years.

      I signed up earlier this week and I did 3 classes (one per day for 3 days) and it kicked my ass. I’m so sore.

      These types of programs work if you grind and actually push yourself through the workout. If you’re there and just do the bare minimum to go through the motions…. You’re going to get bored after a few classes. You really need to grind and make sure you’re dead tired after each block.

      The heart rate monitors are an absolute rip off. They sell them at my studio for like $120, but you can buy them used on FB or eBay for like 20-40$. Absolutely do not buy them new lol. Also, your Apple Watch can tell you the zones on its own, but doesn’t display it on the screens there.

    3. This is the only gym that I've joined and the most committed I've ever been. I love orangetheory. I've been a member since 2021 and I average 5 days a week.

    4. Appreciate the sneak peek on Orange Theory, I’ve been considering trying it. I’m looking to add some cardio to my fitness diet and I’d like to tighten up my love handles without losing too much bulk in my chest, shoulders, and arms. Do you think Orange Theory would be good for this or do you think this is more of a strictly cardio gym?

    5. Signed up in 2018, been a member ever since, if you are looking for a really good high intensity workout,def worth every dime. Your health does not have a price tag.
