The black looks better with the frame decals. The white is nice too.
An alternative would be leave the saddle black, and match the tape to the red color in the decals.

Want to say white because I’m sick of black bikes and black bike parts but, black probably does look more contemporary. White looks more throwback. I wouldn’t be ashamed of the white, that’s for sure.
