The afterburners on Bol is something to behold
Femke Bol didn’t run in de series, only in the final and the fastest Dutch male runner Liemarvin Bonavacia had a hamstring injury and had to skip the final. So there was nothing wrong with the US coach decision, the Dutch were just better today, while the US were better in the series and ran a WR. It could be that the US runners were afraid of Femke, and got the jitters, but I didn’t see any of that. You’ll just have to score on times when it counts.
