Trying to service my KS Lev with external routing. The top collar came loose no problem but the cap at the bottom of the seat post just won’t budge. I have the post clamped in a vise and gripping the cap with a band wrench turning it counterclockwise as explained in the official servicing video (https://youtu.be/9mjbgbWR_g4?si=RRTvao0gIA1Y4Atu) It doesn’t move at all.
Do newer models open differently by any chance? Am I missing something?
