Day 36 and 37
Today we cycled from Erfurt to Eisenach still in the German state of Thuringia.
We are seeing more and more of the loverly German half timbered houses as we continue west.
We Cycled through the beautiful city of Gotha and marvelled at the amazing Friedenstein Palace.
There was not the stunning scenery of past days rides but found the ride through the field of wheat very interesting.
This is the real Germany we have been looking forward to seeing.
Arrived in Eisenach where we had a rest day planed.
We used our rest day to walked up to Wartburg Castle.
