      I have a feeling that Kharkiv is prime ground to be redesigned into a biking and public transit city, but that needs some conscious effort. Kharkiv residents aren't too fond of the tram though, because it has a habit of going sideways; and last i saw there's barely been a trip on the trolleybus when it didn't lose the pantograph, which is less than ideal as well, but well that's just a problem with infrastructure in dire need of cash to fix up the wear and tear on ageing hardware.

      I don't expect that the cable car is running during war, but if it did, that would be a must-visit. It's built right where it actually makes sense connecting bits with a large difference in elevation and going right over creeks and forest-parks, it's not a high capacity system but it also doesn't cost a fortune to run or interfere with anything and is a tourist attraction too, so it's nice to have.
