I think the axle has been put in the wrong way round which is effectively pressing the gear hanger out. Normally only one end of the axle has an Allen key hole the other just round.
The normal tell is the side which has the torque settings on etc which is the opposite end to what your turning in the video.

The gear hanger should be on the outside shouldn’t it? Ie when one removes the wheel the gear hanger is still bolted to the bike frame… I’m not sure what’s going on here?

Can you put an Allen key on the UDH to stop it spinning whilst using another to loosen the axle normally? Somehow you’ve managed to undo the UDH hanger.
