Got the same since feb. Already changed out the chain, cassette and bottom bracket after only 2500 km while taking the best possible care for it. BB was free replacement by Canyon but be careful with the chain…. It’s not that strong if I with my poor 230 W ftp can stretch it over the limit within 6 months.
