Does anyone recognize these old sidi clip shoes?

Does anyone recognizes these? Of have an old catalog with a part number or sku? They have to be circa late 90’s early 2000’s.

I’m definitely searching for a replacement white buckle for its pair. I know I could just get a new set of clip shoes but they seriously just fit perfect.
