  1. I can't understand having go get planning permission with the council when it is a Government project so that would overrule a council surely

  2. Thanks for this, giving us a birds eye view and from the cycle path. Regarding signage, there's plenty of early warnings further along, but there's always the chancers who just don't think it's active or they're not paying attention! I was cycling along the road from the Bugle Horn to Haddenham this morning and it was a real treat not to have loads of traffic going past me.

  3. This mixed drone/ground format works extremely well on this video, buddy.
Here is a newsflash from BBITV on Friday 17th August 2046:
The UK Government PLC has just announced that the final remianing section of HS2 should be opening within the next 5 years, as the London Suburb of Aylesbury Council, LSAVDC, has just announced that it promises to formally consider planning permission for the A418 Stone Bridge in January or February of 2048, cross their heart and all that! In a further bulletin, the LSAVD has announced that these dates may be subject to delays.
In the meantime local transport company Red Chiltern Rose Carousel have announced the rail replacement bus will continue for the forseeable future.

  4. I cannot see this being finished by November. The last section is just a pile of mud. Echoes of the Botley Road Railway bridge in Oxford. I travelled the diversionary route yesterday ( Saturday) and there were loads of signs in Thame by the bypass so if those people missed them then I hate to think what there driving skills are like. If they joined the A418 after Thame I assume they would be locals who should have been aware of the closure since it has been advertised enough. As for the workers did we see about 12, most not working or directing traffic !
