Detectives say they are still investigating a killer crash which left six people – including four members of one family – dead.
Parents Shannen Morgan and Shane Roller were killed alongside their daughters Rubie and Lillie after their Ford Focus collided with a motorbike on the A61 near Wakefield, West Yorkshire, on Sunday afternoon. Two people on the motorcycle – a man and a woman – were also killed.
The tragedy left Ms Morgan and Mr Roller’s other daughter, who wasn’t in the car at the time, orphaned. Now police have reiterated appeals for anyone who witnessed the horror smash.

Head on collision but two lanes, one was over taking.. or took a wide turn. Hopefully someone has footage. I thought it was poppys parents and her x2 sisters. No mention of the bikers families RIP ❤❤

who was driving too fast ?? It's hard to imagine the speed it takes for a motorbike to rip through a vehicle and explode.
This is simply a tragic accident, I ride a 1000cc superbike, but I would never overtake on a blind bend, just as I would never pull out of a blind junction on four wheels. Mistakes happen, and I would put my life on the fact that no-one involved would ever have wished this upon anyone. The one and only possible saving grace to this tragedy is that it is publicised enough to raise awareness to make everyone on the road truly appreciate how much damage can be done. RIP to the biker, the pillion, and the poor family of four. I hope to god that the surviving little girl has the support she needs to pull through this. All gone way too soon <3

Idiot on the bike was probably doing 100 mph and weaved into the wrong lane thinking he would get away with it.
The perpetrators of this crash shouldn't of even been in this country and didnt have UK driving licences i bet, RIP and fod bless that oorr young girl couldn't think of anything more horrendous, hope she goes to a loving family.

There is a video from sky news on here. If you want irrefutable proof of whom was at fault, go look at that. You can see the damage to the car from where the bike hit it. I imagine this is why they have not released the details of the biker so as to prepare the family

The road's been closed for so long, it's almost as if the police think it's a crime scene. Alternatively they might not want people stopping to lay flowers, which is understandable. Something new to expect?
In my opinion one possibility looking at the angle of penetration the motorcycle made into the car that the car may have started to pull out to overtake a car in front of them. As the entry of the motorcycle on impact seems to be approx 30 degree angle to the car which suggests the car may have just started to turn into the other lane to overtake, I may be wrong but the damage suggests that to me. A sad and tragic loss of life for the 6 people involved my prayers go out to them and their loved ones.
I just cant understand how a car a motorbike collision can resulting in all 6 people sadly dying. There must be more to this that the police are not telling us.
